We had an incredible stay at this hidden gem nestled in the woods. The owner, Darrell, was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The glamping site was clean, well-maintained, and eco-friendly, running on solar power and fire. The tents were beautifully decorated and spaced out for privacy. The atmosphere at the camp was friendly and inviting, with other guests being kind and respectful. Our favorite highlight was relaxing in the hot tub, which was the perfect way to end our days. Despite a few missing kitchen items in our Bell tent, Darrell was extremely helpful in resolving the issue and ensuring our comfort. The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, offering a tranquil escape from the busy city life. we highly recommend this unique camping experience and can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic 3-day stay at Dgg Woodland Escape. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful wooded area. Each tent provided ample privacy, making it a great option for families. Darryl, the host, was truly exceptional. He made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub experience. It was the perfect way to unwind and create lasting memories with our teenage daughters. We can't wait to come back and see how this already amazing place continues to improve!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spacious tents with comfortable beds and a lovely private hot tub in a forest setting. the host was amazing, providing everything we needed and making us feel welcome. the campsite is conveniently located near local pubs and shops, allowing for easy access to amenities.
The toilet facilities could be improved, although I understand the camp's commitment to sustainable energy. the price was a bit on the higher side.

I just returned from a fantastic stay at a magical woodland escape. the host, Darrell, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic about preserving the forest and wildlife. the setting was like something out of a fairy tale, with sun-dappled glades and quirky, atmospheric touches. the bell tents provided ample space and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved making fires and enjoying the glowworm lights at night. the hot tub nestled in the forest added an extra touch of relaxation. Darrell was always available to help and provided everything we needed. the showers were nice and warm, and the campsite was conveniently located near local pubs and shops. it was the perfect antidote to our trip to London, allowing us to chill amidst nature and create lasting memories. We will definitely be back!
It was all superb! 😊.

Lovely, peaceful location nestled in nature with beautiful woodland walks and a great community atmosphere. the staff members Darrell and Harvey were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. the clean and well-equipped bathrooms were a plus, and it was great to have individual log fires and a bar area to socialize. the double hot tub was a highlight, providing a relaxing soak in a serene setting.
The cooking and eating facilities provided were limited and not very clean, with insufficient supplies for washing up. the BBQ also needed better cleaning to avoid cross-contamination.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a woodland escape. the host, Darryl, was fantastic and took us on a tour of the site. We were lucky enough to get a yurt at the back where we could see wildlife, including a Blackbird chasing an Owl that flew right by us! the bed in the yurt was incredibly comfortable, and my partner enjoyed the shower facilities. the toilets were a pleasant surprise as they were flush toilets, not the sawdust eco ones I was expecting. the yurts and tents were nicely spaced apart, giving us a feeling of privacy. We even had a vegan barbecue which Darryl joined in and enjoyed. it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it. Cons: Can't think of anything! 😊.
